- Installation takes minutes from start to finish
- Clean, finished look
- No damage to the asphalt surface
- Removable mounting method – the equipment can be removed for service or for seasonal requirements – the anchors stay in the ground and are unobtrusive as they are flush with the asphalt
- Unequalled resistance to pull both vertically and horizontally
THE EASY SOLUTION... ASPHALT ANCHORS
Our specially designed asphalt anchors overcome the asphalt’s weakness in two ways – they are unusually long, and they bond with a hard grout that fills the crevices in the asphalt and the gravel below it, to distribute the forces over a large area.
The sketch shows how forces get distributed from the anchor to the ground around it. The longer the anchor, the larger the area that shares the load, and thus the higher pull resistance of the anchor.
For example, the 12 inch SP18 offers a pull resistance of 2,500 lbs. The anchor is also resistant to high sideways forces. All BoltHold anchors are effective even in old and thin asphalt typically found in parking lots and walkways.
